With other users: when you inquire about a listing or list a unit, we share the contact and listing information needed to connect buyer and seller and facilitate the transaction.
With financing providers: only when you ask us to introduce you to a lender, we share the information you provide with that lender (for example, Equinox Funding or Crest Capital), which handles it under its own privacy policy.
For legal purposes: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

Food Truck & Trailer Marketplace (Vending Solutions LLC) offers text messaging programs covering listing updates, buyer matches and inquiries, financing introductions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support. Marketing text messages are sent only with your express consent.

We collect a mobile number only when you provide it, for example on our listing submission form, a contact or inquiry form, by phone, or by texting us first. We use it solely to deliver the message categories described above and to record your consent state. We record consent through an affirmative action (such as checking an unchecked consent box or replying YES), along with a timestamp, the source form or page, and, when available, IP address and user agent, so we can produce evidence of consent when required.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also opt out by emailing sales@foodtrucktrailermarketplace.com. Opting out of texts does not delete your listing or any account with us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of listing, buying, or using the Services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers that deliver the text messaging service.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information, including secure servers and access controls. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Data Retention
